1.The direct driven screw air compressor transmits electric power to the airend through a flexible coupling, it consumes almost no energy in the transmit process, so that direct driven is the most efficient transmission mode.
2.Tuowei PM Frequency Conversion Screw Compressor saves 10%-15% energy more than variable speed screw compressor, while it saves 30%-40% more than standard screw compressor.
3.Start with frequency conversion. The starting current is small and will not affect the grid, which greatly extends the service life of the equipment. Moreover, it provides stable air pressure while reducing energy consumption. In addition, our air compressors are characterized by low speed and low noise. They are widely used in pneumatic tools, packaging machines, textile machinery, electronic printing, mining, aerospace and other industries.
4.High efficiency permanent magnet motor. Using high-performance permanent magnet materials, the permanent magnet motor will not lose its magnetism even at a temperature of 120°C and can run for more than 15 years. Compared with ordinary variable speed motors, permanent magnet synchronous motors have higher energy efficiency, especially at low speeds that can still maintain high motor efficiency.
